I am SO excited to give you the run-down on how to use the very first tool in my resource library, the Project Plan! If you haven’t downloaded it yet, you can get your own copy of my tested and true project plan right here.
This template was developed over the course of the last nine or ten years, and it was born out of my first project management coaching clients. At the time, my clients were first-time project managers. In fact, they weren’t even project managers by job title, they were just handed a project by their boss and told to get it done. Knowing that none of them had any training in project management, I realized that I would need to create something to help them get their thoughts and work organized, and that it had to be really easy to use and understand.
So, I built this template, and now, I’m giving it to you. For free. Along with this quick video that explains how to use it (and also offers a few best practice techniques for using it well). My first clients used it to bring their projects home with great success, and I’m hoping it will be just as useful to you today!
